General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the mcw platform and all its related services. By accessing mcw through its website, mobile application or any digital channel, you are considered to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms.

This document serves as a binding agreement between you and mcw. If any part of the Terms is unclear to you, please contact our support team before registering. mcw reserves the right to change, add to or amend these Terms at any time at its discretion, and any such changes will be communicated to members through the appropriate channel.

Membership and Account

2.1 Registration

You may use mcw's services only if you have an active account on the platform. The details provided at registration — name, mobile number, email and date of birth — must be complete, accurate and up to date. Opening an account with incorrect or false information is a direct breach of these Terms.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, mobile number, device or IP address, mcw reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit the associated balances.

2.3 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. Your password must not be shared with anyone. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify mcw immediately via live chat. mcw will not be liable for any loss resulting from your login credentials falling into the hands of a third party.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

mcw may at any time request verification of a member's identity, age or payment method. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until this verification is complete. If the required documents are not submitted in time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

Age Verification

To open an account on the mcw platform and to take part in any form of betting, casino or gaming activity, a member must be at least 21 years old. For ages 21+

Age will be verified based on the date of birth provided at registration. If mcw suspects that a member is underage, additional identity documents will be requested and account activity will be suspended until verification is complete. If a member is confirmed to be underage, the account will be permanently closed and all related transactions will be treated as void.

Parents and guardians are requested to take the necessary steps to ensure that their underage children cannot access this platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the mcw platform is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Each deposit must be made from a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay, and funds will be sent to the method registered on the account. Withdrawal processing normally takes between 10 and 45 minutes.

4.3 Legitimacy of Funds

mcw does not accept funds from illegal or unknown sources. In the case of suspicious transactions, the account will be temporarily suspended while an investigation is conducted. The member may be required to submit documents proving the source of funds.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

mcw offers new members a 150% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. To claim this bonus, the member must meet a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

5.2 Other Promotions

mcw runs various promotional offers from time to time, such as weekly reload rewards, slot festival bonuses, cricket offers, birthday gifts and refer-a-friend bonuses. Each offer has its own terms, validity period and wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Usage Guidelines

• Bonus funds and real money are accounted for separately.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted before the wagering requirement is met.
• mcw reserves the right to cancel any bonus claim at its discretion.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonuses are for use within the mcw platform only and cannot be transferred out.

5.4 VIP Program

mcw has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members move up to higher levels based on regular active play and receive weekly cashback. Cashback is a fixed percentage of the total net loss for the week — for example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

Betting and Gaming

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are recorded through the mcw platform's technical systems. A bet is considered valid only after it has been successfully confirmed. If a bet is not confirmed due to a system issue, it will be treated as void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports markets may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are treated as final. If a match or event is cancelled under uncertain circumstances, the stake for that bet will be returned; however, for parlays or multi-bets, the odds of the cancelled leg will be calculated as 1.00.

6.3 Casino Games

mcw casino offers live casino games from reputable providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi, as well as slots and other games from JILI, PG Soft and Pragmatic Play. The RTP and rules of each game are set by the respective provider; mcw does not alter the outcomes.

6.4 Technical Errors

If any game or bet is left incomplete due to server issues, network disruption or a fault in the game software, mcw will review the technical logs and make a decision. That decision will be treated as final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcw platform:

• Bonus abuse, exploiting system vulnerabilities or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.
• Accessing another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Operating bets through automated bots, scripts or artificial intelligence.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegally obtained funds.
• Using mcw's brand or logo without authorisation.
• Attempting to collect or alter platform software or data without authorisation.

If mcw finds evidence of involvement in any of the above activities, it reserves the right to close the account without notice and forfeit the associated balance.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 At mcw's Initiative

mcw may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time due to a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity or technical reasons. Where possible, the member will be notified before such action is taken, though this may not be possible in urgent situations.

8.2 At the Member's Own Initiative

A member may request a temporary suspension or permanent deletion of their account via live chat. Self-exclusion and limit-setting options are also available as part of responsible gaming.

Limitation of Liability

mcw uses SSL encryption and other technical measures to maintain the highest level of security. However, mcw will not be liable for risks inherent in internet use, such as network disruption or third-party attacks.

Game and betting outcomes on the mcw platform are determined entirely by random processes. No guarantee of winning or losing in any game can be given, and mcw accepts no responsibility for any financial loss. Members make their own decisions about how much to play based on their own means.

Gaming is entertainment, not an alternative to investment. Responsible gaming practices apply to all members.

Privacy and Data Protection

How mcw collects, stores and uses members' personal information is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms and is equally binding.

mcw never sells personal information to third parties without permission. However, necessary information may be shared with legal authorities when required by law, or with technology service providers.

Changes to Terms

mcw reserves the right to change, amend or remove any part of these Terms at any time. A notice will be published on the website when changes are made. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published means the member has automatically accepted the new terms.

For significant changes, mcw will attempt to send a notification to the member's registered mobile number or email address.

Dispute Resolution

12.1 Submitting a Complaint

If a member is unhappy with any transaction, betting outcome or account-related matter, they should first raise a complaint via mcw's 24/7 live chat or email. The support team operates in both Bengali and English and works to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

12.2 Complaint Process

After a complaint is raised via live chat, mcw will review the system logs and make a decision. The member may be asked to provide additional information or screenshots if needed.

12.3 Final Decision

12.4 Language

These terms and conditions have been drafted in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered effective. In case of any dispute, the original Bengali version will take precedence over any translation in another language.
